Ms. Audrey Shumba serves as a Deputy Librarian at Manicaland State University of Applied Sciences (MSUAS) Library. She has 16 years experience in academic libraries serving under different portfolios. She is passionate about digital transformation in libraries and has successfully spearheaded and completed IT projects in the library to enhance access to electronic resources to library users.

Her leadership is defined by a strong commitment to Open Access, ensuring that institutional research is globally visible and impactful. She values open access as it pushes the democratization of knowledge agenda, ensuring free access to information for users.
